Playmat

My kids are always picky about which things they will like and what will keep them happy.  This little boy loves the playmat.  It's perfect for him and it didn't take very long before he was rolling over and wouldn't stay under it very long.

Lunch with Chelsea

This amazing friend of mine was nice enough to see how I had been going through a tough time with post partum things so she was nice enough to take me out to lunch. I am so blessed to have her as my friend and am grateful for all that she does for me.



Jax blessing day

Today was a beautiful day.  We were able to bless our beautiful baby Jax with family and friends around.  My Dad was able to come from the valley to be in the circle and that made it so special.  He wore the same outfit as the other boys and he behaved so well.  Nate gave a wonderful blessing and we just cant help but feel so blessed to have him in our lives. 

Jax 2 months

Look at that sweet little face!  He has brought so much love and happiness into our home.  He still wakes up a few times at night.  He is really strong and likes to hold his own head up and stand on our laps.  He loves sitting in his bouncer and falling asleep in it. He thinks it's the best when Daddy sings to him and plays with him.

Sleepy Jax

Tonight, I don't know why but I had a really hard time getting Jax to sleep.  He was full and his bouncer just wasn't cutting it.  The one thing I tried that helped him was to play the Hushabye Mountain song from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.  That's one of my favorite lullaby's and it was fun to play it for him. 

Grandparent's Day

At the boys school, they put together a little program for Grandparent's.  It was really sweet.  Everyone came and saw the programs then we got to go back to their classroom and eat cookies with them. 

 

Labor Day at the lake

On Labor Day, we didn't really get to go anywhere but we did get to go to the lake.  Mom was camping there so we got to go in and play at the lake with Brent and Susan.  It was too cold to get in but Merrick went on the boat with Brent.  We tried to do a little fishing but it kept getting tangled up in the seaweed, so I convinced them to see how far they could throw rocks.  It turned out to be their favorite thing and I didn't want to stop them but it was really windy and cold. 

Smiles for Daddy

This guy can get some of the best smiles out of these babies.  These are some of his first great ones for us.  Such a cutie pie.

Lunch with boys

I got to go help in Merrick's classroom one day and when I was done, I got to eat lunch with my boys.  They were so excited to see me and I loved getting to see them during the day.  They are so sweet.
