Kindergarten Graduation

It's the end of the year and my Merrick is done with Kindergarten.  It's hard when 2 kids have reached this point.  He is such a smart kid and was so cute at his little graduation today.

Before they started singing, some of the seniors from the high school came in their caps and gowns to give a little speech and show them what they will look like at their high school graduation.  They thought those kids were awesome.  

Super cute singers!  The theme had to do with the jungle so they are all wearing little bandanas like they were going on a safari.

10 Year Anniversary

I am so happy to be celebrating 10 years with this man by my side.  We have been through a lot and I know there will still be more we have to go through but I prefer to do it with him and nobody else.  I love him to pieces and feel blessed to call him mine. Happy Anniversary Nate! 

We celebrated with a nice steak dinner the day after and then we have a small overnight trip planned in July.

Jax 10 months

He is definitely growing up way too fast!  He like eating finger foods, being chased down the hall, and being outside.  He loves it when the boys play with him and make funny faces.  He love his Daddy and is getting really close to standing on his own and trying to take some steps.  How we love our Jaxaroni. (One of Nate's nicknames)

Donuts with Dad

Every year, Linden Elementary does a Donuts with Dad breakfast and so I took the kids to Linden this morning to let them eat with Nate.  They were excited and Nate was glad we got them out there. Also, who doesn't love an excuse to eat donuts?

Carter's Birthday

We love having Carter and his family as our friends.  His mom Chelsea always go big on parties and today was no different.  Carter turned 6 and all the kids got to look like Star Wars Jedi, with a pool noodle lightsaber.  They had a blast and I am so glad they are such good friends.  

Mother's Day

 I loved my Mother's Day!  I was made a lovely French Toast breakfast and got spoiled by my boys with their sweet presents they made at school.  Merrick's questions he answered about were are super cute!

Father's and Sons Outing

So of course I wasn't there but these two were so excited to go camping with Daddy.  Jax and I got to stay behind and hang out alone for the night.  When they got home, they told me they had the best time.  They got to eat a yummy dinner and play by the fire then when they went to bed they got to talk and tell each other stories in the tent that they just loved! It was so nice seeing them come home so happy.  I love my boys!

May the 4th

We decided to nerd out with our friends tonight and watch Star Wars I with the Davis's on May the Fourth Day.  The boys liked it especially since it was their first time getting to watch any Star Wars movies.
