New Years Snow

What a better way to start the new year than with 8 inches of lovely powdered snow.  It's been a while since we have had a big storm like this.  We hardly got any snow this year so this was one of the first times that the kids got to experience a fun snow day.  So we got ourselves all bundled up and headed out to a little subdivision to do some sledding and try to play with snowballs and build Frosty the snowman.  That is one of the boys main goals this winter. It was a perfect morning and the boys definitely love the snow.  They think it tastes good too.
