Nate did it. Tonight was his first concert of the year. He has 4 groups at the junior high and they all did fantastic. The kids and I got to go watch and I think they did so good considering the fact that it has only been about 8 weeks of school and a good majority of the kids were first year players. He was so nervous the whole day and was worried he was going to pass out on stage or something, but it turned out so great. There was the Beginning Band, Orchestra, Concert Band, and Honor Band. I am such a proud wife and know Nate loves what he is doing and is doing so good at it. The principal that he has is very supportive of what he does and was impressed with the concert as well and even left him a letter on his desk telling him so.
