Christmas Day 2016

Thankfully our Christmas day turned around. Nate was so happy that there was so much snow on the ground, at least 18 inches.  It was such a crazy storm.  The kids woke us up at the Pratt's house, and we packed up and headed home.  Before we did, I told the kids I had to run home first to check and make sure Santa came and make sure the power was back on in our house.  We came back and started all the fun.  Presents galore.  We were so blessed this year with amazing acts of kindness and sweet guesstures from so many friends and "secret santa's."  An anonymous person in the ward had some presents delivered to us and we were excited to have those to open too.  It was so amazing.  The boys were so excited and we loved getting to celebrate Jaxon's first Christmas.
Christmas fell on a Sunday this year, so we had to hurry to get dressed for church.  We were asked to sing one of the musical numbers in Sacrament meeting along with Ben and Chelsea Davis so off to church we went.  Afterwards, we came home and hung out then went out to Mom's house for Christmas dinner.
