Jax Physical Therapy

When our doctor told us Jax was going to need physical therapy for his torticollis I was a little nervous at first.  We have never had to really do that for any of our kids but once I met his therapist I knew things would be fine.  We had to do lots of stretching with him at home and making sure he had lots of tummy time to strengthen the muscles on his neck.  His therapy was pretty easy for him.  Most sessions consisted of him playing with toys on the ground and she would just maneuver his body to line up straight.  She also would make him turn or lean more on one side or the other and it was amazing the improvement that happened in just a few weeks.  I think we will go for about 12 sessions total.

One of the ways we did tummy time at home.
