Night in Winslow

6 months after moving, we were finally able to go back to Winslow for a game night with the Green's.  It was extra special though, because their twin daughters, Rory and Bailey got baptized that night too.  We got to see all of our old friends and it was such a great afternoon.
We left after church and got there for a lunch and hanging out til the baptism.  It wasn't too eventful, but we loved getting to just hang out with every one. We headed out to the baptism and it was such a sweet event.  So much of their family came and the girls were so excited to be baptized.  Our children even added to the fun of the night.  They went up next to the glass and watched them get baptized, then when they were both done, our boys started saying that it was their turn.  They expressed it very loudly saying "I want to get baptized", "It's my turn to get baptized."  Kayton even attempted to climb over the glass to get in the water.  We got him to calm down ok and sit back in his chair, but I had to take Merrick to the back of the room and calm him down.  I had to explain to him that he wasn't old enough and I didn't have everything he needed to get baptized today.  It was actually pretty cute, but a little embarrassing.

They are so cute and I was in love with their dresses.

After it was over, we headed back to the house for cake and ice cream and of course games.  The boys had fun playing with their old friends and I enjoyed being around adults and having some adult conversations.  Everyone we always played with while we were in Winslow was there.  So many from the valley came up.  I just loved being there again.  We played games galore which of course included a few games of Werewolf.  Sadly, we had to leave that night so we could get home before it was too late.

Let the games begin!
We were so excited we got to go and be there for their special occasion.  They are such and awesome family and we are were so lucky things worked out for us to go.
