Nate has been so good and diligent this last year to try to lose some weight and get back down to what he was when we got married. He has just been cutting back on his portions and not having 2nds and it is working really well for him. He is really close to where he wants to be and is just in between clothes sizes too. He has been trying on his old clothes and he is finally fitting into some of them. My favorite thing is that he has fit into his old suit and his skinny jeans. It brings back the old days for me and he is looking dang good.
