I have been gone a lot lately. With work and getting ready and being gone for girls camp, I needed a family day where we just did fun family things. So we decided to all go out. I got off work and we went and got lunch together at Panda Express. It was a big hit all around.
After lunch, we went to the Family Fun Park. We had planned to ride cars once or twice and then go goofy golfing. By the time we got there, we could tell it was going to rain soon and that we probably wouldn't get to play our goofy golf all the way through, so we let the kids drive the cars on the kiddie track first. The best part was that they bought some cars that looked like Lightning McQueen and the boys were in heaven.
To make up for goofy golfing, we let them spend a few dollars on the arcade games inside. Kayton liked the driving games and Merrick liked the basketball shooting game.

The kids almost didn't want to get off, but next we went to the family track and Nate and I each drove a kid in the big cars over there. I loved watching them be so excited going around and around the track.
