In the spirit of getting closer to my family after a busy summer, Nate wasn't feeling too good the other day, so I took the kids out for an afternoon together. We went to lunch at the school which the kids love to do. Then I we had some bad bread, so I had plans to take us to the lake to feed the ducks. We thought that Show Low Lake had ducks, but we couldn't see any when we got there. I offered to take them to the other lake but they wanted to stay there and throw rocks and walk around by the rocks and stuff.
After they played, I wasn't quite ready to go home yet, so we went to the little playground across the street and they played for a few minutes. They loved going down the big metal slide.
